Frases del subte neoyorquino

Debo confesarlo: tengo pesadillas con las frases del altavoz de los trenes de New York. Acá van las frases que todo neoyorquino escucha hasta el cansancio tanto mientras espera el subte como cuando va parando en las distintas estaciones:

“Ladies and gentlemen: the next L train is now arriving on the Manhattan-bound track. Please stand away from the platform edge.”

“Stand clear of the closing doors, please.”

“Step in and stand clear.”

“The next Rockaway Parkway-bound L train will depart in approximately two minutes. The following Rockaway Parkway-bound L train will depart in approximately ten minutes.”

 ”We are delayed. We are waiting for the dispatcher to clear our track.”
